MICA & BrandPotion Team Up

MICA, one of India’s premier Communication Management institutes, will hold its annual brand management festival, MICANVAS, this year from 28 to 30 October 2010. The theme at MICANVAS this year is Marketing 3.0. To complement this theme, MICA has teamed up with BrandPotion to bring you a new competition that presents a different brief for print, video and concept.
For video, product placement is the name of the game. In this short film/ad making competition, create a film and place a product of your choice through the film as creatively and effectively as possible.
In concept, you’re required to make a business plan elaborating your ‘big green idea’. Think up a way to help save the environment and explain it in detail in a presentation or document.
For print, we’re looking at capturing the true image of our country, and breaking all the misconceptions that the world has about India.
The winners will be chosen by means of a shortlist, based on votes, and thereafter by a panel of judges.
Shortlisted entries are invited to attend the festival on the MICA campus, where the winners will be announced.

This competition is only for students. Also, as per BrandPotion rules, you must be over the age of 18 to participate.
