Cannes Lions is an advertising festival
held every year in Cannes, France. Advertising and marketing professionals from
around the world attend this event, which comprises of awards, seminars and
workshops. It is a dream for every advertiser to be a part of this grand event.
The Advertising Club along with The Times
Group are running a contest where two young marketers (aged 28 to 30 years)
will win the chance to attend this prestigious event. The team have to make a
brief of maximum two pages and present it as a five-minute PowerPoint presentation.
A jury comprised of select creatives and strategists will then take a quick
viva and the winners will be decided on the basis of their knowledge about the
product and how well the campaign is built.
Winners will get an all expense paid trip
to Cannes which also includes one week training. The contest is being held at
The Times of India Office in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
